The GuideWell HealthTech Accelerator Program

The GuideWell HealthTech Accelerator is a 12-week, business-led innovation program designed to identify, validate, and scale transformative health solutions.

Hosted at the GuideWell Innovation Center in Lake Nona, this accelerator connects cutting-edge startups with GuideWell leaders, business units, and clinical experts to tackle real-world challenges in health care.

Through structured programming and real-time collaboration, this initiative accelerates progress in areas like operational efficiency, care access, patient outcomes, and cost optimization.

  • Dedicated Curriculum – Strategic education, workshops, and themed Focus Weeks
  • Mentorship Network – Access to 1,000+ domain experts, advisors, and corporate leaders
  • Bridge to Enterprise – Formal introductions to enterprise leaders, innovators and Venture Capitalist network
  • Real-World Pilots & Proof of Concepts – Opportunity to co-develop and test solutions with GuideWell teams

Focused weeks of activity throughout the cohort, where Plug and Play hosts additional educational workshops, events, office hours, and our monthly mixer. Focus Weeks bring together the local innovation ecosystem around specific themes relevant to GuideWell.

Expo Day

Accelerator startups pitch at this public on-site event, marking the end of each program. Expos are an excellent avenue to showcase innovation and technology to the greater health care community.
