Overview
The GuideWell Matchmaking Summit connects established healthcare organizations and health care venture capitalists with growing health technology scale-up companies. Through professionally curated meetings, the Summit is designed to encourage synergistic relationships while promoting the testing, commercialization, financing and adoption of digital health tools. Meetings are arranged based on participating organizations’ needs and areas of expertise, allowing for the cultivation of diverse partnership opportunities between digital health innovators and health technology investors that support the growing digital health ecosystem.
Matchmaking Summit
The GuideWell Matchmaking Summit takes place at GuideWell Innovation Center in Orlando's Lake Nona Medical City and features an Investor Showcase for invited health technology scale-up companies to connect with a national network of venture capitalists. Innovators will be competitively selected to attend the Summit based on customer/investor fit with attending investors.
Investor Showcase
The Investor Showcase features an opportunity for scale-up companies from across the United States to present to a national audience of health technology investors. Attendees encompass an array of established pool of health care venture capitalists or leaders within established angel groups that are interested in healthcare technologies.
Matchmaking Opportunities
GuideWell’s matchmaking format provides invited innovators with a unique, highly targeted opportunity to efficiently meet a series of potential strategic partners or customer prospects that can help support their innovative work. Meetings also give investors an opportunity to identify unique digital health products and services that can be utilized within their organizations for research, investment, or wider commercial purposes. Discussions should be collaborative as well as fostering an environment where entrepreneurial innovators can receive real-world feedback from prominent leaders in the field.
