Kirstie McCool-Chadwick

Kirstie McCool

Kirstie is currently the Executive Director of GuideWell Innovation, where she works to connect Florida’s entrepreneurs and innovators with strategic opportunities at GuideWell and the broader the healthcare ecosystem.  Before joining GuideWell, Kirstie was the President & CEO of the International Business Innovation Association, a global non-profit that serves over 900 business incubators, technology accelerators and economic development agencies in over 60 countries.

Kirstie has over 25 years of experience at technology companies including Sun Microsystems, Mentor Graphics and Lockheed Martin. She has also held executive roles at five venture-backed technology startups, including her role as co-founder and CEO of DigitalOwl. She raised over $15M in venture capital for these companies, and is the former Executive Director of the Winter Park Angels - a 50+ member angel investment group.

In addition to her experiences as an entrepreneur and investor, Kirstie led the financing and management of Florida’s Igniting Innovation and Starter Studio Technology Accelerators, which together directly resulted over $50 million in follow-on capital by participating companies. She also founded the Venture Lab at the University of Central Florida, where she facilitated the spin-out of three startup companies based on faculty inventions, and mentored hundreds of local entrepreneurs in business strategy and financing.

Kirstie is the recipient of the Orlando Business Journal’s Women Who Mean Business Award, the Working Woman Entrepreneurial Excellence Award, and the Dr. W. Judson King Entrepreneurship Memorial Award. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida (UCF) and also earned her MBA from UCF.

Chris Clark

Chris Clark

Chris Clark is the Event Manager at the GuideWell Innovation Center in Lake Nona. She is responsible for sales, service and logistics for all meetings and events at the Center. Chris has a proven track record, working as an Event Director at the Walt Disney World resort, prior to joining GuideWell in 2016. She lives in the Lake Nona area with her husband and daughter. She serves on the board of the PTSA at Innovation Middle School.

Nicole Cordova

Nicole Cordova is the Administrative Assistant at the GuideWell Innovation Center. She currently supports the Innovation Center team and the new Executive Director of the GuideWell Innovation Center, Kirstie McCool. Her job functions include co-work venue usage tracking, center supply ordering, expense reports for team members, miscellaneous team projects, coordinate office meetings and maintaining customer relationship management information. Nicole joined GuideWell in March 2017 with over 15 years of administrative experience and 10 years of management experience. She is currently working on her PMI certification.

Lisa Doyle

Lisa Doyle serves as the part time Event Coordinator at GuideWell Innovation Center. Her job functions include assistance with calendar bookings invoicing and billing, attendee count and venue usage tracking, catering support, room preparation and execution of all events held at the CoRE.  She brings 25 years of banking and customer service experience to the team.  Her prior positions have included Teller, Teller Manager, Loan Administrator and Specialty Banker; at one or two-person remote bank location in retirement communities, hospitals and office buildings.  She currently resides in Lake Nona with her husband, two dogs, cat and numerous saltwater fish.
